The kids made this for me the other day. It's iceburg lettuce spiced up with foliage from the yard. Bridget tells me the pretty green hearts are yellow woodsorrel but she calls it "bitter mustard" as a nickname. Mixed in there (you can't see them) are bits of chopped mint leaves. I've never had mint in a salad before and it was very yummy!
