Ok, so the counter is a mess but I really like this picture. It's very busy. The book is Rose Elliot's The Classic Vegetarian. I'm no longer vegetarian but it's a fantastic cookbook, one of my favorites. Very easy to follow with beautiful pictures. My only help in this whole endeavor was to suggest this book.
No picture of the finished product but Bridget declared it a sucess. I had a bite and it was yummy!
