April is apparently "financial literacy month", or so says Brain Pop. I don't know where they got that from but ok, I'll run with it. In the past few years, financial literacy has become a topic near and dear to my heart. I really, really, REALLY do not want our kids to grow up clueless about budgets and money and saving. You know. Like their parents.
We love Brainpop. I wish it wasn't so expensive, but they do have free videos you can watch (or you can do what I did and get your mom to buy you a year's subscription, lol!). But anyway, this month they are letting people imbed their videos on their blogs for people to watch for free. So I'm trying that out. It should be to the right and there are a few movies on the financial literacy topic you can watch.
