Yes, we're back, yes, we had a great time! I don't know when I'll blog about it though because I'm still on the laptop. My computer busted the day before we left and the hubbie doesn't know what it is yet (he hasn't had much time to look). I'm worried if I link the pictures from the laptop then they will be broken links after we move the pictures to the real computer when it's fixed. I don't know, the internet is a strange, magical place and I don't have a clue really.

Anyway, we had a great time :) D.C. is a total blast with tons to do (most of it free!) and we want to go again in a few years. I don't even know what I want to do for next year's vacation. I want to *do* something. I kept thinking about going to the woods of Maine and just relaxing but after last week I realized I do quite enough relaxing already. I take my relaxation pretty seriously ;-) For vacation I want to go go go! Heh, maybe Disney would fit the bill :) I miss Maine though. Beautiful state.

So we have a busy week coming up. Tomorrow is a friend's late birthday celebration, Sunday is Owen's family birthday party here, Monday is a dance class at the monthly library homeschool meeting (the last meeting of the school year and we haven't even been to one since the fall), Tuesday is Owen's 5th birthday and for his birthday trip he wants to go to Chuck E Cheese for the first time (help me!) and then friday is Owen's first kid birthday party here. It's going to be fun :-) I love birthday weeks :-D

So when this computer gets fixed I'll post about D.C. For now, I'm resting and relaxing and thinking about cleaning up the house so the party guests don't trip on toys ;-)
